You can train this training on any type of  WOOD BOARD, it just depends on your performance. If you are relatively fresh at the end of your workout, you have chosen too large / deep holds. On the contrary, if you are already in the middle of training to die, you have it turned behind your ears, you have chosen the depth of the holds too small. It is important to complete the entire training, even if you have to ride the last series on the upper XL jugs.
